CLASSIFICATION OF WOVEN BAGS

Traditional Woven PP Bags

Several different plastic items, white or colored, with or without a protective coating. Merchandise, with an open mouth and garments folded from the bottom up. On a printed or unprinted flexo two-sided cover, utilizing uncomplicated artwork and color choices, or according to the customer’s requirements. The weight capacity of the bag ranges from 5 to 50 kg. Materials used in the packaging of animal food, seafood, agricultural commodities, fertilizers, wheat, salt, sugar, chemicals, raw materials, and so on are examples of these types of materials.

PP Woven Bag Laminated Film

BOPP films that have been sealed using a gravure or a translucent woven PP laminate are utilized in several items’ manufacturing process—instructions for stitching a bottom fold, which results in an open mouth. To close the ends, either splints, cotton thread, or a PP flap (a bag formed into a block shape) with a corner-shaped valve can be employed. Printing on both sides of the page, using full color, including photographs with a high resolution, using unique cover colors and designs, etc. Until it becomes unstable and begins to shatter, the bag can support a weight of between 5 and 50 kg. Many things, including animal feed, seafood, agricultural products, fertilizers, wheat, salt, sugar, chemicals, and so on, need to be packaged in a certain manner.

PP Woven Bag & Bottom Splint

The bag’s structure consists of a single layer of PP woven fabric coated with PP bonding plastic and sewn together. The apertures of the bags are either glued together with PP strips or left unglued before being folded with the assistance of a brace and sewn with cotton thread to achieve the required shape. The valve only allows one direction of flow and closes by itself automatically. Printing of covers, graphics, and colors using a customized two-sided flexo process. The bag is suitable for usage with loads weighing between 25 and 50 kg in quantity. Ingredients that are utilized in packaging various items such as cement, plaster, tactical, wheat flour, chemicals, etc.

PP Woven Bag With Bottoms

The bag’s structure consists of a single layer of PP woven fabric coated with PP bonding plastic and sewn together. The two ends of the bag are sealed with rectangular PP adhesive, which, once applied, turns the bag into a cube shape. When the cube is empty, the intake valve in the corner only allows air to flow in one direction and automatically closes. The colors and graphics provided are used in the production of covers utilizing flexo printing on both sides. The item can support a weight of between 25 and 50 kg. Cement, plaster, talc, flour, and bags of chemical ingredients are all included.
